Along with the other operators BSNL is also footing its steps in implementing certain offers which hits customers expectaions.
Now BSNL announced its clarification on STVs/SMS offered to BSNL Customers for Free talk/SMS now it is been charged on certain days i.e "Blackout days"
This Blackout days is called all the festival are in front to avoid bsnltariff competion between the operators, the BSNL authority has decided to charge on calls/SMS as per the Normal charges of Prepaid General Plan under both 2G and 3G Prepaid Mobile services on Balackout days.
This is going to implement with quick effect.
