Kerala Telcom Circle BSNL announced its No Plan migration charges offer for their Kerala BSNL customers.
This plan will be free of cost and it will be effect from 01.12.2011. This offer is applicable for migration to all rationalized plans (2G Special, 3G Special, Pay per Second,
all@49, Saral Anant). Migration charge of Rs.45/- to Mithram plan will continue.
