State owned Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) under Rationalization of prepaid mobile products and its tariff has decided to withdraw few unpopular mobile Special tariff vouchers across Karnataka Telecom circle.
As per latest information, BSNL Karnataka circle has decided to withdraw the existing voice calling packs which are generating less revenue and demand across Karnataka state. Those STVs are Rs.9/-, Rs.31/-, Rs.33/-, Rs.79/- which offers free minutes and reduced rate calling voice calls while in roaming for both Local/STD calls, the details are given here under follows:
The above voice STVs will not be available from 19th May, 2018 onwards. At the same time Karnataka’s existing Data STV 98 offering 1300MB data with 10 days validity has been withdrawn and replaced with ‘Tsunami Data 98’ offers 1.5GB free data usage with 26 days validity.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

- Voice STV 31 is offering Free 72 minutes Local/STD voice calls to any network with 1 day validity.
- Voice STV 33 is offering all Local/STD voice calls while in National roaming @ 70ps/minute with 6 days validity.
- Voice STV 79 is offering all Local/STD voice calls while in National roaming @ 70ps/minute with 28 days validity.
