Kerala Telecom Circle (BSNL) earlier introduced Maveli plan for promotional offer now its been extended. BSNL Competent Authority Kerala Telecom Circle has decided to extend its 'Maveli Plan' up to Dashera – Vijaya Dashami (15/10/2011) in Kerala Telecom circle.
