Now, seeing current cenario BSNL Customer service centers (CSC) improvising its services the best to best. One of its Customer Service Centre (CSC) at RK Nagar has been choosen for award about its best performance in the country.
The National Best CSC Award considered its performance of CSCs against to certain limits such as customer service, attending and provisioning of various telecom services under BSNL products, customer complaint successfull attending and experiential thing of gaining a 3G features and hi-fi services such as video conferencing.
The telecom convergence centre at RK Nagar has also taken Project Smile a notch higher with additional facilities such as providing mobile customers International SIM (Dual IMSI) and issuance of duplicate SIMs for postpaid and prepaid Tamil Nadu customers under the single window concept.
The award will be awarded at the BSNL's Head Office in New Delhi later this month.
