However, these plans were also allowed on FTTH (Bharat Fiber), if BB is not feasible on Copper (ADSL + network), but on FTTH.
Again, these special plans have been revised with a high-speed FUP and ultrafast connectivity limit along with the highest data usage limit per month, but due to some business technology challenges, BSNL's competent authority has approved the Broadband Rate on Bharat Fiber Network and Copper Network separately as follows.

These new plans will apply from 15 August 2020 in all telecommunication circles and metropolitan districts of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, and these plans are only applicable to the honorable deputies of Loksabha / Rajyasabha.
Other private / business / corporate customers can subscribe to PAN India's normal DSL / FTTH broadband plans at any time with free calling and unlimited internet throughout India.
